Parco Termale del Garda – Villa dei Cedri

Tickets Parco Termale del Garda - Villa dei Cedri

HISTORY

The water of Parco Termale del Garda of Villa dei Cedri comes out of two sources, at a depth of 160 and 200 m, both were discovered by pure chance in 1989. This discovery was made after the management at the time decided to dig, due to the lack of water in the large park of 13 hectares. After this incredible finding the decision was made, to build a thermal park inside the existing century-old park.

CURIOSITIES

The thermal water of Villa dei Cedri has a high bicarbonate, calcium, and magnesium content, as well as a significant level of silicon. It is an alkaline water with a pH of 7.8, which gives beneficial anti-inflammatory effects.

You will find 2 lakes inside this park: The “Lago Principale” and the “Piccolo Lago”. In the Lago Principale the temperature of the thermal water is set at approximately 33-34°C.
